Feathers ruffled as geese stop traffic on Crossways Business Park in Dartford

Published: 16:00, 01 October 2013

Traffic had to stop and wait this afternoon when geese were spotted crossing the road in Dartford.

Drivers were halted when the row of geese lined up and walked across a dual carriageway on the Crossways Business Park.

This picture was taken by social media sales manager Rabia Rashid, who spotted them trundling across Crossways Boulevard, not far from the Dartford Crossing.

The geese often travel down to the lake near the Wharf pub on the business park.
