Passengers are being told to take buses, where their train ticket will be accepted, as an alternative and faster route.

There is a "very limited" service to Dartford and trains may be diverted via Bexleyheath.

The train company tweeted: "Services are severely disrupted on the Sidcup line due to a signalling fault at Lee.

"Tickets accepted on London Buses between London Bridge and Dartford to help complete your journey."
