Three men have appeared in court accused of a sex assault on two women in an alleyway near Sainsbury's in Dartford.
The attack, when a phone was also said to have been stolen, reportedly happened at 2am on Sunday in an alleyway next to Sainsbury's in Priory Market Place.
Ionut Durice, 21, of no fixed address, was charged with receiving stolen goods and two counts of sexual assault.
Costica Ciapa, 24, also of no fixed address, was charged with robbery and two counts of sexual assault.
Florian Muresan, 27, of The Brent in Dartford, has been charged with receiving stolen goods, assaulting a police constable and two counts of sexual assault.
All three appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday and have been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on September 20.
