A woman had to be taken to hospital after breathing in a lot of smoke from a grill fire.

Firefighters from Dartford were called just before 1pm to the flat in Alamein Gardens.

When they arrived the fire was out, but the property was smoked logged.

A woman in her mid-20s was taken to hospital after breathing in smoke.

Crews left at 1.40pm.
