Dartford have signed Nathan Green on a free transfer from Dagenham & Redbridge.

The 23-year-old, who can play at left-back or on the left wing, joined the League 2 side on a one-year deal from Tonbridge Angels in June 2014.

Green played eight times for the Daggers but after being loaned out to St Albans City earlier this season, he left by mutual consent and has returned to Kent.

Dartford boss Tony Burman said: "I'd like to welcome Nathan to the club on a permanent basis and he will go straight into the squad for Sunday's game against Kidderminster Harriers.

"With the transfer window opening I have made a number of approaches for players to strengthen the team; some will be loan deals and I'm hoping that others will be permanent deals like Nathan's."

Green started his career at Croydon Athletic and he went on to play for Lewes and Billericay before moving to Tonbridge.

He has signed a contract at Princes Park until the end of the season.
