Dartford joint-manager Jamie Coyle says summer signing Callum Driver will be the best full-back in National League South.

The pair linked up at Maidstone and Coyle also signed him for Welling towards the end of last season.

Coyle said: “Callum’s the best full-back I’ve played with in non-league and as a young pro at Crystal Palace.

“He’s a really good guy and a great person to have around.

“He was one of our top targets because Dartford haven’t had an out-and-out right-back for a few years.

“It was definitely a position we said needed to be improved and we did it early.

"Callum will be the best right-back in the league.”
