Central Band of the Royal British Legion returns to Deal conducted by former Royal Marine Captain David Cole

Triple BAFTA winner, Captain David Cole OBE MVO RM makes a welcome return to Deal as Director of Music with The Central Band of The Royal British Legion.

The premier flagship concert band of the legion will perform a concert at St George's Church, High Street on Saturday, November 30.

The evening will include music to suit all tastes.

The band is made up of former top musicians from HM Royal Marines, RAF and The British Army.

Cpt David Cole has had a busy year with the band taking pert in Europe with the 75th anniversary celebrations of the Normandy landings.

2019 also saw Cpt Cole awarded an OBE and he was awarded his third BAFTA for his work as musical director on BBC tv's annual Festival of Remembrance at The Royal Albert Hall.

The concert will start at 6pm.
