The spirit of Christmas will be felt and heard on Walmer Green next Saturday, December 6, as the town gathers for the annual Carols at the Bandstand event.

Martin Dadd, press officer for Deal Memorial Bandstand Trust said: “This year The Victory Wartime Band will be providing the music once again, leading the family sing-a-long and will be joined by a choir of Children from St Margaret’s Primary School.

Families and individuals are invited to take part in the festivities which begin from 5pm.

Mr Dadd added: “Everyone is welcome to come along and join in this festive gathering. But remember, wrap up warm!”
