Kent Police believe a body found in Dover alley is that of missing young father Daniel Till

A body has been found today in the search for missing Dover father Daniel Till.

The discovery was made in an alley between Priory Hill and Tower Hamlets in the town.

Police were called at 2.45pm and officers believe the body is that of 22-year-old Mr Till.

Daniel Till, 22, went missing on Saturday

Kent Police spokesman Alice Hemmings said: "Pending formal identification, the body is at this time believed to be that of Daniel Till.

"At this stage it is not believed there are any suspicious circumstances."

Police issued an appeal for help in finding Mr Till on Saturday.

He was last seen by his wife at their home in Auden Way at just before 7am.
