The Kent sides were both battling to end losing streaks.
Dovers Billy Bricknell saw an effort beat Bromley keeper Tommy Forecast, only for it to be disallowed.
George Purcell fired a first-half hat-trick to see his side to victory.
Despite the onslaught in the opening 35 minutes, the remainder of the game was closely contested.
The win ended a run of four-straight for Whites, but was Bromleys eighth consecutive loss.

With both sides out of FA Trophy action for another year, Dover Athletic hosted Bromley in Blue Square Bet South on Saturday.

KM Group photographer Paul Amos was there to capture the action as Dover ran out 4-0 winners against their Kent rivals.
