Investigation after 'man indecently exposes' himself in garden in Downs Road, Deal

Police are investigating a report of indecent exposure believed to have been caught on CCTV.

A homeowner in Deal, who KentOnline is not naming, claims the incident happened in his back garden in Downs Road last October.

Officers have interviewed a man in his 40s but no arrests have been made.

A spokesman said: "Officers have interviewed a man in his 40s in connection with the incident that took place in the garden of a property in Downs Road on Monday, October 8 2018 at around 10pm.

"They have also carried out a number of enquiries including the review of CCTV and updated the victim on progress throughout the investigation.

"Enquiries remain ongoing and the file has been sent to the Crown Prosecution Service."
