Trash and treasures went on sale and crowds packed the streets at the town’s braderie on Sunday.

The popular annual antique, collectables and bric-a-brac street fair was organised by Deal Town Council and saw bargains being snapped up from 8.30am until 4pm.

The 125 stalls, which sold out in record time, filled the High Street from The Rose Hotel to the junction of Water Street, near Alfred Square.

Braderie officer Jessica Fitzsimmons thanked all the helpers including councillors Wayne Elliott and Trevor Bond, and the emergency services who helped with a medical incident involving a man in his 50s.
