Two arrested after disturbance at house in Church Path in Deal

Two men have been arrested after a man suffered a head wound in a disturbance at a Deal property.

Police were called to the address in Church Path just after midnight on Sunday morning.

On arrival a man was found with a facial injury and reported being assaulted by three men who had attended the property but since left.

Police have arrested two men, both aged 21

He also reported cash and cards stolen.

Officers located a second victim shortly afterwards at a different address in the town. He had suffered a head wound during the same incident.

Both men, in their 20s, attended a local hospital for treatment.

A spokesman said: "Enquiries were carried out in the local area and two men, aged 21, who are known to the victims, were arrested at around 3am.

"They have since been released pending further investigation."
