Police are investigating the theft of a satellite navigation device from a vehicle in Golf Road in Deal, yesterday (Saturday).

Claims on social media would suggest there has been more than one incident of the same nature in the same road, however police could not find any other reports on their logs.

A spokesman said: “Police received a report on October 10 of theft from a motor vehicle in Golf Road in Deal.

“A satellite navigation device was reported to have been stolen.

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Kent Police, quoting crime reference ZY/31834/15.”
