Two break-ins in two nights at Boots in Deal

Police are looking for two males linked to a burglary in Boots in Deal High Street in the early hours of today.

The pharmaceutical and beauty shop has been targeted on two consecutive nights; yesterday, between midnight and 12.45am and today, between 12.50am and 1.10am.

Police have a description of two people seen running from the premises.

A spokesman said: “One is described as a man wearing a black jacket and grey hoody with the hood pulled up. He was of slim build and due to his size, may have been a teenager.

"The second person was also male and wearing a grey hoody.

“The offenders have entered the store, taken items and left.”

This is the fourth burglary in Deal High Street in the past week after incidents at Boots Opticians and the Clockwork Pharmacy.
