A food and drink radio programme hosted by Jay Rayner is to be broadcast from Dover.

The Kitchen Cabinet will be recorded at the King’s Hall in London Road on Tuesday December 3 at 6.30pm.

People are being invited to be part of the audience for the BBC Radio 4 programme which is described as “witty, fast-moving and irreverent”.

“If there’s anything you ever wanted to know about food or cooking, but didn’t know whom to ask, this is your opportunity,” said a BBC spokesman.

“People will have the opportunity put their questions on anything and everything to do with food and drink to a panel of experts, and enjoy plenty of good-humoured conversation about cooking and eating.”

Anyone who would like to take part can apply for tickets via the website www.bbc.co.uk/tickets.
