Woman robbed of parcel as courier delivered to home in Queensdown Road, Kingsdown, near Deal

A woman was robbed of her parcel as a courier delivered a mobile phone at her home.

Police are appealing for information and investigating the robbery which took place in Kingsdown, Deal.

The incident happened at about 1.45pm on Wednesday in Queensdown Road.

A police spokesman said: “It was reported that a courier was delivering a mobile phone in Queensdown Road, when she was approached by a man who stole the parcel from her.

“She sustained a minor injury to her arm during the incident.”

Officers are investigating and appealing for anyone who has information, or CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage to come forward.
