OLYMPIC yachtsmen Hugh Styles and Adam May are holding a fundraising day at the Downs Sailing Club in Deal on Bank Holiday Monday, May 5.

The money they collect will help Team Styles and May in their bid to qualify for next year’s Athens Olympics. Weather permitting, the programme will be:

10.30-1300: Olympic Squad Superstar Coaching afloat, £5 per person. Book places with Martyn Styles on 01304 613226.

14.00: Fred Herbert Memorial Trophy (three races). Win the chance to have Hugh Styles crew for you. Get your sealed bids to Dave Webb, 33 Manor Road, Deal, by this Saturday.

17.00: Barbecue. Tickets from Linda Cooke (01304 852546), £5 each.

17.30-19.30: Silent Auction.
