Broken down tractor causing traffic to filter into one lane on A2 Dover bound

A broken down tractor on the A2, near the A258 junction is blocking one lane.
The vehicle, which is carrying hay had a tyre puncture which is now being repaired.
One eyewitness said: "It is causing tail backs coast bound, just before Jubilee Way."
A police spokesman said: "Traffic was able to use lane two."
