A car flipped on its roof after hitting a parked car in Dover town centre.

Police were called at 8.04pm yesterday to a silver Vauxhall Corsa which had crashed into a parked vehicle and street furniture in Castle Street.

No injuries were reported.

Fire crews were on the scene to ensure the area was safe and police cordoned off the road.

It was re-opened by 9.45pm.
