Fire crews were called after a fire broke out near an old ambulance station in Dover.
It happened in Folkestone Road last night at about 9pm.
One fire crew attended what they describes as a "small fire in a derelict building" where the "old college used to be".
They used a hose to put out the flames in the roof of the building, which was disused.
