HGV collision with railings caused traffic in Dover

A HGV that collided with a set of railings in London Road, Dover, has now been recovered.
It happened at 8.37am and caused tailbacks during the morning rush hour.
Officers attended the scene.
There were no injuries reported.
The road was cleared just before 9am.
