Labour's Viv Revell has won the Dover Town Council by-election at St Radigund's.

She received 244 votes, with Mandy Sehmbi (Conservative) second with 219 votes, and Dean Stiles (Lib Dem) third with 93.

Raymond White (Dover Alliance) polled 86 votes, Tony Ovenden received 72 and Vic Matcham 32.
