Dozens of escaped trolleys are invading Dover town centre prompting residents to record sightings on Facebook.

The Morrisons Dover Trolley Watch page has been set up to document the exploits of the errant supermarket shopping carts.

The trolleys have been escaping with alarming regularity from their natural habitat in Morrisons's car park since the Bridge Street store got rid of £1 trolley locks.
