All these three videos use speeded up film but the last is a general aerial view of the site off Townwall Street.

The £53 million development will also have a hotel, restaurants and shops.

Other tenants so far confirmed included M&S, Nando’s, Bella Italia and Frankie and Benny’s.
Work is currently being carried out by construction firm Gallagher, which is also clearing land and laying foundations.

The site once had the office tower block Burlington House, branded Dover’s ugliest building and was knocked down by February 2016.
