The 30-year-old midfielder - a former FA Cup Finalist with Millwall - has been told he is free to find a new club more than four-and-a-half years after arriving at Crabble following his release by Crawley Town.

The free-scoring midfielder was voted Players Player of the Year in 2012 and earned his place in club folklore with 15 goals as they earned Promotion to the Conference Premier in 2013/14, including a vital penalty on the final day which ensured Whites’ place in the play-offs, which they eventually won, however fell out of favour last season, spending time on loan at Margate, having signed a one-year deal in July 2014.
