Winger Matt Bodkin has linked up with Andy Hessenthaler again after signing for Ryman League Dover.

Bodkin, who was given his Football League debut at Gillingham by Hessenthaler, had been at Grays.

The lively 25-year-old forward, who can play anywhere across the front line, had been on loan at Eastleigh this season after falling out of favour at Grays.

Bodkin has also served Welling and spent time on loan with Dartford and Thurrock.

Welling were believed to be interested in signing Bodkin but the chance to work with Hessenthaler again proved a big incentive.
