A crash involving a car and a lorry at a busy motorway junction is causing delays.

The accident took place on the Brenley Corner roundabout at Junction 7 of the coastbound carriageway of the M2 at around 3.40pm today.

Emergency services are en-route.

Drivers are being advised to approach with caution and expect delays around Faversham, on the M2 and the A2.

A police spokesman said: "Police were called to a collision between a car and a lorry on the M2 at 3.39pm on Wednesday, April 18.

"No injuries have been reported however a lane is obstructed."
