Dancing policemen join in Faversham Hop Festival

The popular Faversham Hop Festival returned to the town this weekend.

With lovely weather, live music and plenty of beverages on offer, the atmosphere at the festival was a happy one.

So good in fact that even the police offers couldn't help but get involved.

After being encouraged by the musician on stage, to show people that 'Kent have got more fun police officers than anywhere else', one police officer stood in front of the crowds to show off his dance moves.

It wasn't long before his colleague joined in alongside the supportive members of public.

The pair continued dancing for the whole song before taking their leave and bowing to the cheering crowd.

Elliott Diamond, who took the video, said: "The hop festival was booming as usual, it was lovely weather and seeing the police officers getting involved was the highlight for me!"
