Whitstable woman and Canterbury man charged with Faversham burglary.

Two people are to appear in court next month charged in connection with a Faversham distraction burglary.

Robert Mobey, 38, of Cockering Road, Canterbury and Pricilla Smith, 48, of Sydney Road, Whitstable, are both charged with burglary at a house in Goldfinch Close, Faversham, on the morning of Tuesday April 18.

They were charged on Friday, April 21.

The teen was arrested yesterday.

Mobey is also charged with driving while disqualified, using a vehicle without third party insurance and dangerous driving.

The driving charges relate to an incident on Thursday, April 20, when police stopped a car in Brenley Lane, Faversham.

Mobey and Smith appeared at Maidstone magistrates’ court on Saturday (April 22).

The case was adjourned until May 22 when it will go to Maidstone Crown Court.
