A suspected drink driver has been arrested after their vehicle was chased by police.

Officers pursued the car from Faversham to the Sheppey Crossing, last night.

When the driver failed to stop, they resorted to using a stinger device to puncture the car's tyres.

A dog handler was also called in to assist with the incident.

Police have been approached for comment.
