POLICE appealing for information after two nail guns, one battery operated and the other gas, were stolen from a parked Ford Escort van.

It is believed the theft, in Capel Road, Faversham, occurred sometime between 8.30pm on Saturday and 8.15am the following morning.

The passenger window of the van was smashed and the two nail guns, both in bright orange boxes, were taken.

Police are particularly keen to get the items returned to their owner as they say they could be potentially dangerous in the wrong hands. To use the tools, you need to have taken part in a training course and have a licence.
