An overturned van caused delays on the coastbound Thanet Way between Faversham and Whitstable this morning.

The accident occurred near the Staplestreet turn-off at just after 7.30am, and police closed the inside lane, which has now been reopened.

Three ambulances attended the scene while the Kent and Sussex Air Ambulance landed in a field next to the road.
