Body found at foot of railway viaduct

POLICE are carrying out an investigation after the body of a man was discovered at the bottom of a railway viaduct in a Kent town.

A fingerprint analysis has failed to positively identify the man.

The discovery was made in Bradstone Road, Folkestone, at 10.30am on Wednesday.

At this stage police say they are not treating the incident as suspicious but are appealing from help to identify the man.

He is described as white, of medium build, around 5ft 11 to 6ft 2in tall with collar length brown hair, a full goatee style beard, and a moustache.

He was wearing navy blue shorts, green underwear, white socks and a pair of size 10 white Reebok trainers with dark red trim and tanned soles.

Anyone who recognises the description of the man is asked to contact Folkestone Police on 01303 850055.
