Canterbury Road in Folkestone blocked after crash near Downs Road

A crash blocked a road in both directions after a crash.
It happened on the A259 Canterbury Road, Folkestone, earlier this morning near Downs Road, outside the the Black Bull pub.
A police spokesman said it involved a motorbike and van and happened at 5.44am.
She added: "Officers attended Canterbury Road, Folkestone, with the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
"A man suffered injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

"The road was closed while recovery work was ongoing, but was open again by around 7.05am."
