The scheme is aimed at stopping the flow of people making the dangerous journey across the Channel.

A temporary danger zone is in place to ensure pilots avoid the area.

The measures have been implemented for the “purpose of national security and protection of human life”, according to reports in The Sun.

On Friday, 19 migrants were picked up by border force officials.
