Duo charged over cannabis factory in Canterbury Road, Folkestone

A cannabis factory discovery has led to a duo being charged in connection with production of the drug.

Simon Parry, 46, and Matthew Parry, 47, of Canterbury Road in Folkestone were each charged on February 3 with one count of producing cannabis.

That day officers seized a number of growing and harvested cannabis plants as well as a propagator and bags of dried cannabis.

They were released on bail to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on February 21.

Sergeant Greg Pochin said: "The Shepway Community Policing Team proactively tackle drug supply and use within the area.
