Two cars crash in Canterbury Road, Folkestone, near Black Bull pub

There were delays on a main road this morning after a crash near a pub.

Canterbury Road in Folkestone was blocked in both directions after a two-car collision close to the junction with Invicta Road.

Fire crews were pictured attending the scene, slightly up the road from Black Bull pub.

At 8.50am, one person said on Facebook that a bus carrying pupils to Brockhill School in Hythe had been stuck in the gridlock there since 7.30am.

A police spokesman said officers attended the incident and assisted with vehicle recovery.

No serious injuries were reported.
