Motorists have been told to expect delays after a lorry crashed into a car as it tried to leave a residential road.

Police were called to the scene in Phillip Road in Folkestone just after 7.30am this morning.

The route is blocked at the junction with Ashley Avenue.

Kent County Council Highways has told motorists to expect delays.

No injuries were reported.
