Tyler Williams in court over alleged thefts and burglary in Maidstone, Gillingham, Chatham and Rochester

A man will appear in court in connection with a spate of alleged thefts and a burglary across Kent.

Tyler Williams, of Harbour Way in Folkestone, will stand in the dock today.

The 27-year-old is accused of carrying out thefts in Maidstone, Gillingham, Chatham and Rochester over three months this year.

The incidents were reported to police between April and June.

He was also charged in connection with a burglary at a property in Gillingham earlier this month.

Williams was arrested by police yesterday and remanded in custody to appear at at Medway Magistrates Court.
