Man, 40, charged with breaching a restraining order in Folkestone

A man has appeared in court charged with multiple counts of breaching a restraining order.

Luke Riccoboni is charged with four counts of breaching a restraining order between May and August in Folkestone.

Folkestone Magistrates' Court

The 40-year-old is also charged with sending offensive communications and sending threatening communications in July.

Mr Riccoboni, of Bouverie Square in Folkestone, appeared before Folkestone Magistrates' Court earlier today.

He was remanded in custody to appear again on October 25.
