Police appeal for witnesses after three men stabbed in Folkestone

Police are looking for witnesses after three men were stabbed in Folkestone.

Officers were called to Sandgate Road, at the junction with Cheriton Place, at about 12.40am, after reports a man had assaulted three men.

Paramedics also attended the incident where the three men were found with stab wound injuries.

All three were taken to hospital, where two were treated and left, and the third remains.

A police spokesman said: "An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing and anyone who saw what happened or who has mobile phone footage which may assist enquiries is asked to call Kent Police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/153019/21.
