Folkestone Running Club’s Rona Loubser followed her victory in the Ashford 10k by being first lady home in Sunday’s Dover Mercury Half-Marathon.

Loubser – who was eighth overall - set a new course record of 1.22.27 to finish more than six minutes clear of clubmate Helen Wheeler. Folkestone RC were also the winning women’s team
