Here is a rare visitor to our shores!

This triggerfish was landed by the lucky angler at Samphire Hoe, near Dover.

I would guess it was early or late in the day due to the lack of other anglers!

There is another 'visitor' now stocked in many comercial lakes and a few club waters.

Pictured is a 31lb catfish, or wells, which was was landed by Dover angler Josh Buckingham. I would bet it gave a good account of itself! Well done Josh.

The Summer species are there for the catching!

This super Dover sole will taste great with a little butter and lemon.

Dymchurch angling guide Dave Wood Brignall enjoyed a session in the sunshine after months of enforced captivity In Norway due to Covid-19.

The fish here may come a bit smaller but the sunshine more than makes up for that!
