A biker has been taken to hospital following a crash this afternoon.

Police were called at 1.55pm to a collision involving two motorcycles and said the accident was in Brewers Road, Shorne.

Officers and the South East Coast Ambulance Service attended and one of the bikers was taken to hospital.

His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Traffic has now returned to normal and the accident has been cleared.

Residents reported the crash happend in The Ridgeway, Shorne, near the entrance to Puckle Hill.
