Ebbsfleet are soon back in Blue Square Bet South action with two games in three days following their entertaining derby win at Stonebridge Road on Tuesday.

Buoyed by the 2-1 win over Dartford, Fleet entertain struggling Lewes on New Year’s Day and then travel to leaders Braintree on Monday.

Fleet boss Liam Daish (pictured) said: "We just want to keep playing now. Sometimes when you come back from a lay-off, your second game is the one when you can really judge how much fitness you have got.
