A car flipped onto its roof during the morning rush hour.

Motorists witnessed the upside down vehicle at around 8am by a roundabout along Thames Way, Gravesend.

The incident, near the Kent Police Headquarters, left the wreckage of the red vehicle sitting in the middle of the road.

But no injuries were reported.

A police spokesman said: "Police were called at 6.24am to a report of a collision involving a single car in Thames Way, Gravesend.

"Officers attended and no injuries were reported."
