CHRISTMAS has come early for one little girl as a community clubbed together to make her wish come true.

Terminally-ill Jamie-Leigh Harrington was left devasted after cruel vandals destroyed the festive display outside her home, in The Fairway, Gravesend.

But with kind hearts and plenty of determination, volunteers from local business and organisations spent four hours transforming her front garden into a winter wonderland.

No corner was left unturned and no detail spared. And with real snow and a visit from Santa, the day turned out to be magical for 11-year-old Jamie-Leigh, who celebrated her birthday last Thursday.
