Published: 16:40, 09 April 2014

People with a passion for the fast and the furious should head down to the Cyclopark this weekend.

The cycling centre at The Tollgate, Watling Street, Gravesend, is playing host to the BMX National Series round two and three on Saturday and Sunday with the action expected to kick off from noon.

Crowds will see the top talent of the BMX world take on the course and race to progress to the next stage of the competition.

Martin Baxter, regional BMX event organiser said: ”It is great news that Cyclopark is becoming a regular feature on the BMX competition calendar.

“The BMX track is now looking great following the recent resurfacing and the course will continue to attract the riders from across the UK.

“The success of the events maintains the parks popularity with national elite riders and build the park’s reputation as a world-class facility.”
