Cyclist, 61, dies after crash in Shorne

A cyclist has died after a crash in Shorne.

The 61-year-old man, from Gravesend, was found injured in Peartree Lane last Tuesday at 5.25pm. The circumstances of the incident remain unclear.

He was aifrlifted to a London hospital but died as a result of his injuries on Wednesday.

The cyclist was wearing a yellow and green top and was riding a blue, electrically assisted pedal cycle at the time of the crash.

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
